Vacancy: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (SEO & Google Ads)

Location: Remote / Flexible 

Hours: ±20 hours per week (Part-time or Freelance/Contract)

Experience Level: Medior / Senior (3+ years)

About the role

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for optimizing and scaling our online growth through Google Ads and SEO. You work independently, take full ownership of performance, and proactively contribute ideas on how to scale profitably. You play a key role in increasing our online visibility and strengthening our premium brand position.

Your Responsibilities

Google Ads (SEM)

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Drive performance based on POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) and overall profitability, not just revenue.
  • Utilize Channable for advanced feed optimization and margin-based filtering.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities and automation scripts.
  • Prepare and monitor advertising budgets.

SEO

  • Execute an effective SEO strategy focused on high-intent keywords.
  • Optimize collection and product pages for maximum organic relevance.
  • Initiate SEO content (category pages, guides) that actually converts.
  • Monitor rankings and organic growth.

Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Identify opportunities and bottlenecks in the funnel.
  • Continuously improve campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Report results and strategic insights to management.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar SEA / Google Ads role.
  • Track Record: Proven success in optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI, ROAS, or POAS/CPA targets.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Shopping, data feeds, and Channable.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in Excel and web analytics (specifically GA4).
  • Automation: Experience with or a strong interest in scripts and automation.
  • Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and able to translate data into strategic advice.
  • Industry: Experience in retail or e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

Language Skills

  • English: Proficient.
